Thank you for your purchase!

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with Your print We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Leo Macherla Photography.
  • Goods refers to the items offered on sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Leo Macherla Photography, accessible from
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Due to the bespoke nature of fine-art photography prints, We will not be able to refund Your Order. If on the rare occasion you find any damages have occurred to the print during shipping, We will provide You with a new print which will be despatched no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive notice of any damages. We will deliver the print to the same address You provided Us with in Your original Order. You will not be able to view the progress of this Order, however, We will do our best to provide You with the tracking details once the print has been despatched.

My fine-art prints are considered bespoke as they are not despatched from stock. Once You place an Order for a print, I then have it printed specifically to fulfil Your Order.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging or an alternative packaging suitable for protection during transportation
  • You have proof of purchase (this can be the receipt that was emailed to You)

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

If You have requested a return, A Royal Mail collection will be arranged to collect Your print from the address You provided Us with in Your original Order.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend You photograph any damages to the print and the condition of its packaging before it is sent to Us.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
